RA

Ra (Re) - Egyptian sun god, also known as Horus. He is the most important ancient Egyptian god. Through the influence of his power (the sun), he enables life on Earth. Ra is depicted as a human figure with a falcon head, wearing a sun disk. According to mythology, he is the father of all pharaohs. The rulers are, in a sense, the living reincarnations of him.
